长链非编码RNA在动脉粥样硬化中的研究进展

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(As)是指血管壁在物理或化学因素作用下,引起的血管壁增厚、血管腔狭窄和纤维组织增生等血管结构功能改变的病理变化,其中以冠状动脉受累最为严重。而长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是指在“人类基因组”计划中发现的不具备编码蛋白质功能的RNA序列。随着二代测序技术的广泛开展应用,lncRNA被发现参与As进程和治疗,包括细胞增殖和死亡、脂质代谢、血管内炎症反应等。对这些研究结果进行深入了解,可为今后探索As的发生发展机制和冠心病的诊治靶点提供新思路。 Atherosclerosis(As)refers to the pathological changes of vascular structure and function caused by physical or chemical factors,such as thickening of vascular wall,narrowing of vascular lumen and proliferation of fibrous tissue,of which coronary artery is the most seriously affected.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is the RNA sequences found in the"Human genome"project that does not have the function of coding protein.With the widespread application of second-generation sequencing technology,lncRNA has been found to be involved in As processes and treatments,including cell proliferation and death,lipid metabolism,and vascular inflammatory reactions.An in-depth understanding of these research results can provide new ideas for exploring the mechanism of As occurrence and development,as well as the diagnostic and therapeutic targets for coronary heart disease in the future.
