规培护士遭受横向暴力体验的质性研究

Qualitative study on experience of exposure to horizontal violence among newly graduated nurses on a standardized training program

目的 探讨规培护士遭受横向暴力的真实体验及应对方式,为针对性干预提供参考。方法 对14名规培护士进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法提炼主题。结果 提炼出横向暴力表现形式、遭受横向暴力原因、应对方式3个主题及11个次级主题。结论 规培护士遭受的横向暴力来源于高资历护士和规培护士群体内部,原因复杂,护理管理者应基于道德实践和规培制度制定相应策略以减少规培护士遭受横向暴力的发生及负性影响。

Objective To explore the lived experience and coping strategies of newly graduated nurses exposed to horizontal violence,and to provide reference for targeted intervention.Methods Fourteen nurses on a standardized training program received semi-structured interviews,then data were analyzed using Colaizzi′s seven-step method.Results Three main themes and 11 sub-themes emerged:forms of horizontal violence,causes and coping strategies.Conclusion The horizontal violence experienced by standardized training nurses originates from senior nurses and within themselves and the causes are intricate.Nurse managers should formulate appropriate strategies based on ethical practices and training systems to mitigate the incidence and negative impact of horizontal violence in standardized training nurses.
