大跨径内倾式钢箱系杆拱桥施工监控拱肋定位测量技术

摘要 拱肋定位安装是下承式系杆拱桥施工中的重要环节,拱肋的空间定位控制精度直接关系到拱肋能否顺利合龙甚至整个桥梁结构的安全和质量以及桥梁未来的使用寿命。以新建湄池大桥主桥为工程背景,结合桥梁施工监控有限元模型分析计算和测量技术,考虑了拱肋的纵向压缩量及竖向预拱度的影响,推导出了内倾式钢箱拱肋空间定位测点坐标计算公式,实现了湄池大桥拱肋的精确合龙。 The positioning and installation of arch rib is an important link in the construction of through tied arch bridge.The spatial positioning control accuracy of arch rib is directly related to the smooth closure of arch rib,even the safety and quality of the entire bridge structure and the future service life of the bridge.In order to study the spatial positioning measurement technology of the inclined steel box arch rib of the through tied arch bridge.Taking the main bridge of the newly-built Meichi Bridge as the engineering background,combined with the finite element model analysis,calculation and measurement technology of bridge construction monitoring,considering the influence of the longitudinal compression of the arch rib and the vertical camber,the calculation formula for the coordinates of the spatial positioning measuring point of the inward inclined steel box arch rib is derived,which realizes the accurate closure of the arch rib of Meichi Bridge.
