大纵坡预制梁桥坡型支座技术研究

Research on Technical of Slope-adjustable Supports for Longitudinal Slope Prefabricated Beam Bridges

大纵坡桥梁梁板传统安装施工时,一般在梁底部根据纵坡大小进行预埋钢板或预制混凝土楔形块调坡,但在现场施工时易因安装不水平引发支座偏压、变形、错位,导致墩柱偏移、梁体偏移、落梁等病害,严重危及桥梁运营安全。为此,创新提出了一种适用于坡度≥2%桥梁的坡型支座,这种支座由厂家根据梁体坡度通过数控加工技术,调整支座上顶板四角高差,使支座上座板纵横坡与桥梁纵横坡精确相符,有效解决了安装不水平的问题。通过应用于芷铜高速大纵坡桥梁,验证了坡型支座的实际应用效果。

During the traditional installation and construction of large longitudinal slope bridge beams and slabs,steel plates are usually embedded at the bottom of the beam to adjust the slope according to the size of the longitudinal slope.However,in the field construction,it is easy to cause the biased pressure,deformation and dislocation of the support due to the uneven installation,which leads to the deviation of pier column,the deviation of beam body and the fall of beam,which seriously endangers the operation safety of the bridge.Therefore,this paper proposes an innovative slope support suitable for bridges with slope≥2%.The support is adjusted by the manufacturer according to the beam slope through CNC machining technology,so that the vertical and horizontal slope of the upper seat plate of the support is precisely consistent with the horizontal and vertical slope of the bridge,and the problem of uneven installation is effectively solved.The practical application effect of the solpe support is verified through the application of the Zhitong Expressway large longitudinal slope bridge.
