铁路工程项目精细化管理初探

铁路是国民经济大动脉、关键基础设施和重大民生工程,我国人口众多、幅员辽阔,铁路运输基于其运载量大、运行成本低、能耗少等特点,已成为我国最为重要的交通运输方式之一。受到铁路运输需求的影响,铁路工程建设行业快速发展,带来了更多的机遇和挑战,企业不断增强自身的项目管理能力,提升竞争力,具有重要的意义。现针对铁路工程项目管理,概述了精细化管理的内涵,分析了铁路工程项目管理存在的问题,提出了铁路工程项目精细化管理实施的策略。

Railway is the main artery of the national economy,the key infrastructure and a major livelihood project,China has a large population and a vast territory,railway transportation has been a large amount of transport,low operation cost,less energy consumption and other characteristics,has become one of the most important modes of transportation in China.Influenced by the demand of railway transportation,the rapid development of railway engineering construction industry has brought more opportunities and challenges.It is of great significance for enterprises to continuously enhance their project management ability and enhance their competitiveness.Aiming at railway project management,this paper summarizes the connotation of fine management,analyzes the existing problems of railway project management,and puts forward the strategy of fine management of railway project.
