新形势下高校国际化人才培养的探索与实践——以苏州大学纳米科学技术学院为例

国际化人才培养是我国高等教育对外开放的重要组成部分。在中美科技“脱钩”愈演愈烈、国际形势不断反复的影响下,国际学术交流受到了较大影响,这给高校前沿交叉学科的国际化工作推进带来较大的挑战,但同时也伴随着诸多机遇。文章将结合江苏省“十四五”首批高校国际化人才培养品牌专业项目——苏州大学纳米科学技术学院的国际化人才培养实践经验,探讨新形势下高校前沿交叉学科的国际化人才培养创新之路。

Cultivating young talents with international vision is an important component of China’s higher education internationalization.Under the increasingly severe‘decoupling’of science and technology between China and USA,as well as the constantly fluctuating international situation,international academic exchanges have been greatly affected,posing significant challenges to the internationalization process of cutting-edge cross disciplines in higher education.However,it is also accompanied by many opportunities.Based on the practical experience of international talents cultivation in the College of Nano Science&Technology at Soochow University,which is one of the first batch of international talent cultivation brand projects in Jiangsu province during the“14th Five-Year Plan”,this article tries to explore the innovative path of international talents cultivation in cutting-edge cross disciplines of universities under the new global situation.
