高校科研诚信的影响因素及生态建设研究

Research on influencing factors and ecological construction of scientific research integrity in colleges and universities

高校是科学研究的密集之地,诚信是科学研究的基石,高校科研诚信问题的屡屡发生严重影响了我国科技创新的生态。文章运用马克思主义内因和外因辩证关系原理分析我国高校不同主体科研诚信的影响因素,进而提出高校科研诚信生态建设的实践路径。研究表明,影响科研人员、科研评价人员、科研管理人员3类主体科研诚信的内因具有较大的共性,外因则存在着交互的影响,形成环环相扣的因果链,应当将注重科研主体诚信能力的培养和提升科研全过程的诚信管理水平有机结合,不断优化高校的科研诚信生态。

The university is the intensive place of scientific research,the integrity is the cornerstone of scientific research,the frequent occurrence of the integrity of university scientific research has seriously affected the ecology of scientific and technological innovation in China.Based on the dialectical relationship between internal and external causes of Marxism,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of scientific research integrity of different subjects in colleges and universities in China,and then puts forward the practical path of ecological construction of scientific research integrity in colleges and universities.Research shows that impact scientific research personnel,scientific evaluation personnel,scientific research management personnel cause of three kinds of subject research integrity has great generality,the influence of the external cause is interaction,forming interlocking causal chains,we should pay attention to the development of the scientific research integrity ability and enhance the level of scientific research and the whole process of the good faith management organic union,constantly optimize the research integrity of ecosystem.
