人类命运共同体理念的西方框定与中国的应对策略

Western Framing of the Concept of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind and China's Countermeasures

人类命运共同体理念是中国为解决全球性问题提出的中国方案。以人类命运共同体理念为核心的中国理念在国际社会逐渐深入人心的同时,也遭到了美国等西方国家的负面框定。以人类命运共同体理念为例,西方判定该理念是中国谋求世界霸权的话语表征,在此基础上,期望并借助国际话语霸权抵制中国理念的全球传播,动员西方乃至国际社会力量维护所谓“自由主义国际秩序”。就其影响而言,西方国家对中国及其理念实施的框定已显示出国际涉华舆论巨大的操纵力,损害了中国的国际形象。为此,中国应从揭露西方框定的真相入手,既要构建以人类命运共同体为核心的主体性框架,提高中国理念的国际认同度;也要拥抱与中国具有相似叙事框架的国家,形成反西方框定的联合力量;更要走好中国式现代化道路,打破西方反华势力阻挠中国发展进程的幻想。

The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind is a Chinese solution proposed by China to solve global problems.While China’s concept of a community with a shared future for mankind is gaining popularity in the international community,it has also been negatively framed by the United States and other Western countries.Taking the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind as an example,the West has determined that the concept is a discourse representation of China’s quest for world hegemony.On this basis,it expects to leverage its international discourse hegemony to resist the global spread of the Chinese concept and mobilize the forces of the West and even the international community to safeguard the socalled“liberal international order”.In terms of its impact,the Western countries’framingof China and the implementation of its ideas has shown the tremendous manipulation of the international Chinarelated public opinion,which has damaged China’s international image.Responding to this,China should start by revealing the truth of Western framing.It should not only build a subjective framework centering on the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind,but also improve the international recognition of Chinese ideas.It should also embrace countries with a similar narrative framework to China to form a joint force against the Western framing.More importantly,China should stick to the path of Chinesestyle modernization and break the illusion of the Western antiChina forces to obstruct China’s development process.
