摘要
文中从交通规划者和道路使用者两个视角总结城市非机动车出行安全的典型问题,对现有的改善方法进行研究剖析,提出非机动车出行安全综合改善理论.根据非机动车交通流的不稳定性、聚集性、个体变化大,以及穿插性,提出非机动车出行安全的改善原则为:专有路权(机动车行驶路权与其他车辆行驶专有路权)、路权连续(非机动车行驶路径不中断)、共享路权(针对非机动车的改善措施不影响其他交通).
The typical problems of urban non-motorized travel safety from two perspectives of traffic planners and road users were summarized,the existing improvement methods were analyzed,and a comprehensive improvement theory of non-motorized travel safety was proposed.Based on the instability,aggregation,large individual changes,and interpolation of non-motorized traffic flow,the improvement principles of non-motorized travel safety were proposed:right-of-way independence(motor vehicle travel right-of-way is independent of other vehicle travel right-of-way),right-of-way continuity(non-motorized travel paths are not interrupted),and shared right-of-way(improvement measures for non-motorized vehicles do not affect other traffic).
