摘要
通过环氧沥青砂浆将道床和轨枕黏结,成型复合板,进行层间剪切试验和拉拔试验,研究环氧沥青砂浆的用量对层间剪切强度和黏结强度的影响.通过Abaqus,建立轨枕-道床模型,模拟吊装下的轨枕-道床结构,计算环氧沥青砂浆的损伤萌生情况.确定了环氧沥青砂浆的最佳用量为17 kg/m^(2),该用量下的剪切强度和黏结强度分别为2.40和0.57 MPa,吊装后环氧沥青砂浆的损伤萌生变量CSMAXSCRT均远小于1.结果表明:针对高胶道床与轨枕之间黏结力不足的问题,推荐采用环氧沥青砂浆的用量为17 kg/m 2.
By bonding the ballast bed and sleeper with epoxy asphalt mortar,the composite board was formed,and the interlayer shear test and pull-out test were carried out to study the influence of the amount of epoxy asphalt mortar on the interlayer shear strength and bonding strength.The sleeper-ballast model was established by Abaqus to simulate the sleeper-ballast structure under hoisting and calculate the damage initiation of epoxy asphalt mortar.The optimum dosage of epoxy asphalt mortar is 17kg/m^(2),and the shear strength and bond strength are 2.40 MPa and 0.57 MPa respectively.The damage initiation variables CSMAXSCRT of epoxy asphalt mortar after hoisting are far less than 1.The results show that the recommended dosage of epoxy asphalt mortar is 17kg/m^(2) to solve the problem of insufficient adhesion between high rubber track bed and sleeper.
