摘要 文中基于交互正交设计,采用足尺加速加载设备MLS66对预埋传感器的沥青路面进行动力响应测试,基于极差分析法和方差分析法分别对中、下面层底纵向拉应变、竖向压应变及底基层底纵向拉应变的影响因素进行研究.结果表明:中、下面层底动力响应的影响因素排序依次为温度>速度>温度与速度的耦合作用,路面温度是影响中、下面层底纵向拉应变和竖向压应变的显著因素,其对应的F值均大于F 0.05(1,7).底基层底拉应变受路面温度、轮重,以及速度的影响程度明显低于中、下面层底.回归建立了沥青路面关键结构层动应变幅值预估方程. Based on the interactive orthogonal design,the full-scale accelerated loading equipment MLS66 was used to test the dynamic response of asphalt pavement with embedded sensors.Based on range analysis and variance analysis,the influencing factors of longitudinal tensile strain,vertical compressive strain and longitudinal tensile strain of subbase bottom were studied respectively.The results show that the order of influencing factors of dynamic response of the middle and lower floors is temperature>speed>the coupling effect of temperature and speed.Pavement temperature is a significant factor affecting the longitudinal tensile strain and vertical compressive strain of the middle and lower floors,and its corresponding F values are all greater than F 0.05(1,7).The influence of pavement temperature,wheel weight and speed on the tensile strain of subbase is obviously lower than that of middle and lower subbase.The prediction equation of dynamic strain amplitude of key structural layers of asphalt pavement is established by regression.
