红色档案承载着红色记忆。文章以常德市域红色档案资源为例,对其现状进行分析,从健全体制机制、建立红色档案资源库、做强红色文化教育基地三个方面入手,旨在打破常德市域红色档案资源利用困境,促进群众更多地了解当地红色历史和文化,进一步推动常德市域红色文化的建设。

Red archives carry red memories.The article takes the red archival resources in Changde city as an example to analyze their current situation.Starting from three aspects:improving institutional mechanisms,establishing red archival resources database,and strengthening the red cultural education base,the article aims to change the current dilemma in the utilization of red archive resources,promote the understanding of local red history and culture among the masses,and further promote the construction of red culture in Changde city.
