非遗建档与保管的实证探究——以福州地区为例

Empirical Research on the Filing and Preservation of Intangible Cultural Heritage:Taking Fuzhou Area as an Example

非物质文化遗产是国家文化的重要组成部分,是各地方、民族历史文化的剪影,国家有关部门利用档案来记录、保存非物质文化遗产。文章通过对政府网站、公众号等媒介进行数据收集、统计,并访谈相关部门工作人员,发现非遗建档和保管中存在准确性不足、真实性缺失、集中性欠缺等问题,并分析其成因,提出相应的对策。

Intangible cultural heritage is an important component of national culture and a silhouette of the historical and cultural heritage of various regions and ethnic groups.To protect intangible cultural heritage,relevant national departments use archives to record and preserve intangible cultural heritage.This paper collected data from government websites,official account and other media,made statistics on them,and interviewed staff of relevant departments.It raised problems such as insufficient accuracy,lack of authenticity and concentration in the filing and storage of intangible cultural heritage,and pointed out its causes.Based on them,corresponding measures are proposed to solve the existing problems of intangible cultural heritage archives,in order to improve their accuracy,ensure their authenticity,and strengthen their concentration.
