我国档案工作者能力素质模型构成与提升策略研究

Research on the Composition and Improvement Strategies of Archivist Competency Model in China

能力素质揭示了特定职业或岗位所需的能力特征,文章通过回顾国内关于档案工作者能力素质研究的相关文献,梳理档案工作者能力素质模型构成要素,认为档案工作者能力素质模型的显性层包括档案工作的知识与技能,隐性层包括档案职业认同、职业性格、专业意识、创新精神与成就动机等个性特征。基于能力素质模型,从档案工作的机构层面提出应建立健全档案工作者能力素质提升相关机制,搭建档案工作者能力素质提升平台,营造档案工作者人才成长良好氛围,并提出未来研究的建议。

Competency reveals the ability characteristics required by a specific profession or post.By revie-wing the relevant domestic literature on the competency of archivists,this paper sorts out the components of the competency model of archivists,and holds that the dominant layer of the competency model of archivists includes the knowledge and skills of archival work.The hidden layer includes archival professional identity,professional personality,professional consciousness,innovative spirit and achievement motivation and other personality characteristics.Based on the competency model,from the institutional level of archival work,it is proposed that the relevant mechanism for enhancing the competence of archivists should be established and improved,and the platform for enhancing the competence of archivists should be built to create a good atmosphere for the growth of archivists.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward for future research.
