基于自然人文特征的元江县绿道网规划实践

Practice of Greenway Network Planning in Yuanjiang County Based on Natural and Humanistic Characteristics

绿道网的规划设计和建设,应以当地的自然人文特征为基础,选择适当规划方法、建设标准和模式,使得绿道能够真正成为展示地域特色和文化特质的空间载体,延续区域的场所精神和文化脉络。元江县绿道网的规划设计,在对其处于哀牢山——红河谷区域生态屏障的自然地理特征及其多元文化进行深度解读和充分利用的基础上,运用了以多因子空间叠加分析法为基础的绿道网选线模型、“山水生态为先、人文特色为核、多重带动为本”的规划理念、“系统化”“主题化”“层级化”的打造策略,“因地制宜”“因物制宜”“因时制宜”的设计手法,形成了较科学合理的规划编制成果,同时以设计导则来强化规划传导作用,以重点线路深化设计来强化先行示范效应。

The planning,design and construction of the greenway network should be based on the local natural and cultural characteristics.Selecting appropriate planning methods,construction standards and models can make the greenway become the special carrier to display local regional characteristics and cultural characteristics,and realize the inheritance of regional spirit and culture.The planning and design of the greenway network in Yuanjiang County is based on the deep excavation and interpretation of the special natural and geographical characteristics of the ecological barrier in the Ailao Mountain-Red River Valley region,as well as the historical culture,national culture and tropical agricultural culture.On the basis of this,the greenway network line selection model based on the multi-factor spatial overlay analysis method.The planning concept of'landscape ecology first,humanistic characteristics as the core and multiple driving as the basis',the construction strategy of'systematic,thematic and hierarchical'and the design method of'adjusting according to space,time and object'are chosen to accomplish a more scientific and reasonable planning results.At the same time,the design guidelines are used to strengthen the planning transmission effect,and the deepening design of key lines is used to strengthen the leading demonstration effect.
