摘要
在高密度的土地开发需求下,研究了以多元化、集约化思路利用公共设施用地,使地上开发与地下建设相结合,以降低建设及维护成本,有效实现生态、低碳的集约化利用。通过研究分析发现,城市土地利用存在土地资源稀缺与经济快速发展之间的矛盾、土地使用结构不合理、土地的开发功能单一及土地集约利用的技术含量偏低等问题;尝试以市政基础设施石井低碳生态型地埋污水厂集约利用地面建设为低碳生态景观及适量居住空间的可行性为研究,对实施的前置条件、设计要素、生态要素及保障措施等几方面进行了分析研究,提出了利用市政基础设施结合低碳生态型公园与居住空间的有机结合能实现地面与地下空间的协调发展,获取更大的城市空间容量,缓解城市建设用地与生态环境之间的矛盾;并能促进土地利用与产业发展,保障土地利用的自然规律与生态环境,实现低碳目标,实现低碳绿色的可持续发展,以提高经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,为城市地下空间建设可持续方向发展提供一定参考。
Under the demand for high-density land development,research is being conducted to utilize public facility land with a diversified and intensive approach,combining aboveground development with underground construction to reduce construction and maintenance costs and effectively achieve ecological and low-carbon intensive utilization.Through research and analysis,it has been found that there are contradictions between scarce land resources and rapid economic development in urban land use,unreasonable land use structures,single land development functions,and low technical content of intensive land use;This paper attempts to study the feasibility of Shijing low carbon Ecotype buried sewage plant and a municipal infrastructure by intensively using the ground to build a low carbon ecological landscape and an appropriate amount of residential space.It analyzes and studies the preconditions for implementation,design elements,ecological elements and safeguard measures,and proposes that the coordinated development of ground and underground space can be achieved by combining municipal infrastructure with the organic Binding energy of low carbon Ecotype parks and residential space.Greater urban spatial capacity is obtained and the contradiction between urban construction land and ecological environment is alleviated;It can promote land use and industrial development,ensure the natural laws and ecological environment of land use,achieve low-carbon goals,achieve low-carbon and green sustainable development,improve economic,social,and ecological benefits,and provide certain reference for the sustainable development of urban underground space construction.
