步行友好视角下公共服务设施可步行性测度研究——以张家口既有小区为例

A Study on the Measurement of Pedestability of Public Service Facilities from the Perspective of Pedestrian Friendliness—A Case Study of Existing Residential Districts in Zhangjiakou

摘要 随着城市机动车数量的不断增长,城市居民步行空间受到挤压。便捷、舒适、安全的步行体验成为城市建设的重要目标之一。借助高德地图Web服务端爬取的张家口市所有生活服务、交通设施、医疗服务等9项POI数据,基于ArcGIS10.5平台对张家口主城区所有住区步行指数进行了测定。研究综合运用OD成本矩阵和自然间断法将步行指数划分为步行性极好、步行性较好、步行性一般、步行性较差、步行性很差5个等级。研究结果表明:张家口居住小区整体步行指数一般,步行指数高值与低值呈现出圈层递减格局,各项设施的整体满足率较高,但两极分化明显。 With the continuous growth of the number of motor vehicles in Zhangjiakou,the quality of urban residents'walking space has gradually decreased,and meeting people's needs for convenient,comfortable and safe walking has become one of the key goals of urban construction.With the help of nine POI data of all living services,transportation facilities,and medical services in Zhangjiakou City crawled by the web server of AutoNavi,this paper studies the walking index of all residential areas in the main urban area of Zhangjiakou through the ArcGIS 10.5 platform.By using OD cost matrix and natural break method,the walking index was divided into 5 grades:excellent walking,good walking,average walking,poor walking and very poor walking.The research results show that the overall walking index of Zhangjiakou residential quarters is average;the high and low values of the walking index show a pattern of decreasing circles,and the overall satisfaction rate of various facilities is high,but the polarization between the north and south areas of the urban area is obvious.
