不同品种杨树在干旱胁迫下的差异性分析 被引量:1

摘要 以一年生豫抗杨、欧美107杨、中林2025杨扦插苗为试验材料,采用盆栽控水法,研究了在不同程度干旱胁迫下不同品种杨树的生长特征和光合特性的差异性。结果显示:从生长特性上看,在轻、中度干旱胁迫下豫抗杨表现的抗干旱能力优于欧美107杨、中林2025杨;从光合特性上看,在干旱胁迫下,豫抗杨在净光合速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度、瞬时羧化效率等光合参数中表现均高于欧美107杨和中林2025杨。试验表明,豫抗杨相较于欧美107杨和中林2025杨更具耐旱性。 Using one-year Yukang poplar,Euramerican poplar 107,and Zhonglin poplar 2025 cuttings as experimental materials,potted water control method is used to study the differences in growth characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of poplar under different drought stresses.The experimental results showed that in terms of growth characteristics,the drought resistance ability of Yukang poplar under mild to moderate drought stress was better than that of Euramerican poplar 107 and Zhonglin poplar 2025;from the perspective of photosynthetic characteristics,under drought stress,Yukang poplar performs higher in net photosynthetic rate,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,instantaneous carboxylation efficiency and other photosynthetic parameters than Euramerican poplar 107 and Zhonglin poplar 2025.Experiments have shown that Yukang poplar has more drought resistance than Euramerican 107 poplar and Zhonglin poplar 2025 poplar.
