摘要
为探究干旱胁迫对祁连圆柏生长情况的影响,以甘肃张掖地区的祁连圆柏幼苗为研究对象,考察了不同干旱条件下祁连圆柏光合及生理特性情况。结果显示:不同的干旱处理条件对祁连圆柏的主根长度产生显著抑制作用,对侧根长度产生显著促进作用,随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,主根长度较空白对照分别减少了12.54%、21.69%、36.24%,侧根长度分别较空白对照增加了12.42%、21.08%、36.80%。在轻度或中度干旱胁迫下,祁连圆柏可通过渗透调节应对干旱胁迫的发生,同时能保持较高的光合速率,轻度干旱胁迫下净光合速率为8.59μmol/(m^(2)·s),与无胁迫之间无显著差异。研究结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,祁连圆柏具有较强的适应性特征,耐旱性较强。以期为祁连圆柏培育提供理论依据。
In order to investigate the impact of drought stress on the growth of Sabina przewalskii Kom.,this paper takes Sabina przewalskii Kom.seedlings in Zhangye area,Gansu province as the research object,and investigates the photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of Sabina przewalskii Kom.under different drought conditions.The results show that the different drought conditions significantly inhibited the taproot length and promoted the lateral root length.With the increase of drought stress,the taproot length decreased by 12.54%,21.69%and 36.24%,respectively,compared with the blank control.The lateral root length was increased by 12.42%,21.08%and 36.80%,respectively.Under mild or moderate drought stress,Sabina przewalskii Kom.could cope with drought stress by osmotic regulation,and maintain a higher photosynthetic rate.The net photosynthetic rate was 8.59μmol/(m^(2)·s)under mild drought stress,and there was no significant difference between them.The research results indicate that under drought stress,Sabina przewalskii Kom.has strong adaptive characteristics and strong drought resistance.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the cultivation of Sabina przewalskii Kom.
