开放科学语境下Altmetrics数据可用性研究评述

Review of Altmetrics Data Usability Research in the Context of Open Science

[目标/意义]开放科学运动与实践推动科学信息交流模式变革,Altmetrics的诞生为科研评价体系带来新的机遇,梳理现有Altmetrics数据可用性研究可为新语境下科研评价与中文Altmetrics数据建设提供参考。[方法/过程]通过文献调查,在厘清Altmetrics数据价值与内涵基础上,从数据来源与搜集、指标内涵与价值、用户类型与动机、数据政策与机制、数据质量与特征5个维度探索Altmetrics数据的现存问题,总结当前Altmetrics数据可用性评价指标。[结果/结论]Altmetrics数据受到可信度、可解释性、语境适用性、数据质量、数值特征等方面影响。目前尚缺乏针对各类Altmetrics数据可用性的评价研究。

[Purpose/significance]The open science movement and practice have promoted the reform of scientific information exchange mode.The birth of Altmetrics has brought new opportunities to the scientific research evaluation system.Combing the existing Altmetrics data usability research provides a reference for scientific research evaluation and Chinese Altmetrics data construction in the new context.[Method/process]Through literature survey,on the basis of clarifying the value and connotation of Altmetrics data,the existing problems of Altmetrics data are sorted out from five dimensions:data source and collection,index connotation and value,user type and motivation,data policy and mechanism,and data quality and characteristics.The current Altmetrics data usability evaluation indicators are summarized.[Result/conclusion]Altmetrics data are influenced by credibility,interpretability,contextual adequacy,data quality,numerical characteristics,etc.At present,there is still a lack of evaluation research on the usability of various Altmetrics data.
