摘要
为解决我国西部矿区某矿22采区浅埋煤层回采顺槽巷道支护强度过大、支护成本较高等问题。本文借助煤岩力学实验、数值模拟等综合方法,从22采区回采巷道顶板强度、巷道围岩顶板下沉量及两帮移近量入手,优化了巷道支护参数,提出了回采巷道最佳支护方案。结果表明:该支护方案与原支护方案相比,在保证安全的条件下降低了顺槽巷道支护强度,具有经济安全高效的特点,为类似条件下巷道支护设计提供参考。
Solve the problem of excessive support strength and high support cost in the shallow coal seam mining roadway of 22 mining areas in a certain mining area in western China.This article uses comprehensive methods such as coal rock mechanics experiments and numerical simulations to optimize the support parameters of the roadway,starting from the strength of the roof of the mining roadway in the 22nd mining area,the subsidence of the roof of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and the displacement of the two sides.The optimal support plan for the mining roadway is proposed.The results show that compared with the original support scheme,this support scheme reduces the support strength of the tunnel while ensuring safety,and has the characteristics of economy,safety,and efficiency.It provides a reference for the design of tunnel support under similar conditions.
