摘要
针对废弃探水钻孔封堵存在的问题,设计了双囊袋和单囊袋两种封孔装置,采用凝结时间可调的无机封孔材料,设计了0.8∶1和0.6∶1两种水灰比,满足了顶板钻孔和底板钻孔封孔需求。实施情况表明:1个半班完成了10个探水钻孔的封孔作业,浆液凝固良好,劳动强度较小,巷道在继续掘进过程中和后续使用的8个月内,探水钻孔未有明显变化。
In view of the problems existing in the plugging of abandoned water exploration boreholes,two kinds of sealing devices,double bag and single bag,are designed,and inorganic sealing materials with adjustable setting time are used,and two kinds of water cement ratio,0.8:1 and 0.6:1,are designed,which meet the requirements of roof drilling and floor drilling sealing.The implementation shows that the sealing operation of 10 water exploration boreholes has been completed in one and a half shifts.The slurry has solidified well and the labor intensity is low.The water exploration boreholes have not changed significantly in the process of continuous tunneling and in the 8 months of subsequent use.
