基于可变模糊集理论的海绵城市建设方案比选研究

Study on Comparison and Selection of Sponge City Construction Schemes Based on Variable Fuzzy Set Theory

针对海绵城市建设方案综合效益比选模糊性、随机性、时序性的特点,提出一种基于可变模糊集理论的综合评价方法。首先采用主成分分析法对建设方案指标体系进行定性分析,根据指标的影响程度定性确定权重排序;然后运用层次分析法和熵权法分别计算各指标的主观权重和客观权重;最后基于可变模糊集理论构建4种评价模型并通过实例计算与不同评价方法的结果对比。结果表明,将基于组合权重的可变模糊优选模型运用到海绵城市建设方案比选中是行之有效的,进而为海绵城市建设方案决策提供较为全面的决策方法。

Aiming at the characteristics of fuzziness,randomness and timing in the comprehensive benefit comparison of sponge city construction plans.A comprehensive evaluation method based on variable fuzzy set theory is proposed.Firstly,the principal component analysis method is used to qualitatively analyze the index system of the construction plan,and the weight ranking is qualitatively determined according to the influence degree of the indicators;then the objective weight is determined based on the entropy weight method,the subjective weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,and the combined weight of the indicators is calculated.Finally,four evaluation models are constructed based on variable fuzzy set theory,and the results are compared with the results of different evaluation methods.The results show that it is effective to apply the variable fuzzy optimization model based on combination weight to the selection of sponge city construction schemes,and then provide a more comprehensive decision-making method for sponge city construction scheme decision-making.
