摘要
该文建立一种简单、高效的超声波辅助萃取-高效液相色谱法测定PM_(2.5)颗粒物中甲酰胺、丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的分析方法。结果显示,该方法酰胺类化合物含量在0.025~2.50μg/m^(3)和0.050~5.00μg/m^(3)质量浓度范围内的线性关系良好,相关系数r^(2)≥0.9998,RSD在0.2%~3.2%,当采样体积为100 m^(3)时方法的检出限为0.0007~0.0028μg/m^(3),测定下限在0.0028~0.0112μg/m^(3),样品加标回收率为86.5%~94.8%。该方法操作简单,且结果准确可靠,适用于分离测定PM_(2.5)大气颗粒物中4种酰胺类化合物。
A simple and efficient method for the determination of formamide,acrylamide,N-dimethylformamide and N-dimethylacetamide in PM_(2.5) particulate matters by ultrasonic-assisted extraction and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.The results show that the linear range of amides is 0.025~2.50μg/m^(3) and 0.050~5.00μg/m^(3),the correlation coefficient is r^(2)≥0.9998,and the RSD is 0.2%~3.2%.When the sampling volume is 100 m^(3),the detection limit of the method is 0.0007~0.0028μg/m^(3),and the lower limit of determination is 0.0028~0.0112μg/m^(3).The recovery of the sample was 86.5%~94.8%.The method is simple,accurate and reliable,thus suitable for the separation and determination of four amides in PM_(2.5) atmospheric particles.
