供水管网产销差率分析及其漏损控制对策研究

供水管网是城市必不可少的基础设施,其漏损率的大小是判断供水企业经营和维护能力综合水平的一项关键指标。该文介绍国际水协水量平衡表,以某区域供水管网为实证研究对象,基于水量平衡计算结果,分析影响该区域产销差水量的关键因素,并提出近期、远期一系列管控措施,可为企业提高供水收益率、增加企业经济效益提供参考。

Water supply network is an indispensable infrastructure in a city,and its leakage rate is a key index to judge the comprehensive level of operation and maintenance capacity of water supply enterprises.This paper introduces the water balance table of the International Water Association,takes a regional water supply network as the empirical research object,analyzes the key factors affecting the difference between production and marketing in this region based on the calculation results of water balance,and puts forward a series of short-term and long-term management and control measures.This study can provide reference for enterprises to improve the rate of return of water supply and increase the economic benefits of enterprises.
