摘要
垃圾发电厂的运行效果与焚烧炉的安装和施工质量直接相关。研究从当前机械炉排焚烧炉安装与施工的难点出发,结合信丰县生活垃圾焚烧发电厂工程实例提出一种更加科学、合理的机械炉排焚烧炉安装方法,该方法涵盖设备预检、焚烧炉钢结构支撑、炉排和炉壳的改进安装技术。通过对安装后的设备进行检测发现焚烧炉系统各部件运作协调,各部件与设备的参数均满足要求,而采用冷热校正结合的方式也使得安装后的钢架合格率达到100%。结果表明研究提出的焚烧炉改进安装技术实现更高质量、高效率的垃圾发电厂机械炉排焚烧炉安装与施工。
The operation effect of municipal solid waste power plant is directly related to the installation and construction quality of incinerator.Starting from the current difficulties in the installation and construction of mechanical grate incinerator,and combined with the engineering example of domestic waste incineration power plant in Xinfeng County,a more scientific and reasonable installation method of mechanical grate incinerator is put forward.This method includes equipment pre-inspection,steel structure support of incinerator,improved installation technology of grate and furnace shell.Through the inspection of the installed equipment,it is found that the operation of each part of the incinerator system is coordinated,and the parameters of each part and equipment meet the requirements,and the combination of cold and hot correction also makes the qualified rate of the installed steel frame reach 100%.The results show that the improved installation technology of incinerator proposed in the study realizes the installation and construction of mechanical grate incinerator in municipal solid waste power plant with higher quality and high efficiency.
