摘要
施耐德基于PacDrive3的伺服控制系统相比之前伺服控制系统,具有模块化编程、减少编程时间、提高编程质量等特点,采用SERCOSⅢ总线通信协议,实现高速数据实时传输,并自带故障诊断软件,方便维护使用,其在包装机械领域,具有很广阔的应用前景。该文通过FK FX2硬盒包装机为应用背景,详细介绍施耐德新一代伺服控制系统工作原理和其采用的三闭环负反馈工作原理,并结合设备控制网络,进一步阐述施耐德伺服控制系统如何设计、应用,以及如何使用故障诊断软件Schneider Electric Diagnostics快速排除系统故障。这对工程技术人员掌握新一代施耐德伺服控制系统使用很有帮助,能够快速完成设备故障诊断、排查,大大提高设备运行效率。
The servo control system based on PacDrive3 of Schneider has the characteristics of modular programming,reduced programming time,and improved programming quality compared to previous servo control systems.The SERCOSIII bus communication protocol is adopted to achieve high-speed and real-time data transmission,and fault diagnosis software has to come with for easy maintenance and use.It has a broad application prospect in the field of packaging machinery.This paper takes the FK FX2 hard box packaging machine as the application background,and provides a detailed introduction to the working principle of new generation servo control system of Schneider and its three closed-loop and negative feedback working principle.Combined with the control network of FX2,it further elaborates on how to design and apply servo control system of Schneider,as well as how to use the Schneider Electric Diagnostics to quickly eliminate system faults.This is very helpful for engineers and technicians to master the use of the new generation Schneider servo control system,which can quickly complete the equipment fault diagnosis and troubleshooting,and greatly improve the operation efficiency of the equipment.
