模拟仿真技术在选择性催化还原脱硝中的应用

摘要 模拟仿真技术作为一项新的数字化技术,在近年来得到快速的发展,已广泛应用于各大行业。该文介绍模拟仿真技术在烟气选择性还原脱硝(SCR)中的应用,对其原理、工作流程、效果及优缺点进行总结和分析。结果表明,模拟仿真技术可应用于SCR脱硫工艺流程分析、烟气导流设计及喷氨控制等多个环节;实际应用案例中,使用仿真模拟手段优化,最高可降低60%出口NOx,锅炉煤耗降低5%,社会、经济效益明显;但是,现阶段模拟仿真技术还存在模型不精确、结果准确性难保证、数据采集难度大及计算量大等局限,需进一步优化提升。总体来看,模拟仿真技术虽然目前存在一定的局限性,但可有效地应用于SCR脱硝工艺,提高系统整体的运行稳定性和经济性,应用前景广阔。 As a new digital technology,analog simulation technology has developed rapidly in recent years and has been widely used in various industries.This paper introduces the application of simulation technology of flue gas denitrification by Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR),and summarizes and analyzes its principle,work flow,effect,advantages and disadvantages.The results show that the simulation technology can be applied to many links such as SCR desulfurization process analysis,flue gas diversion design and ammonia injection control.In practical application cases,by using simulation means to optimize,the outlet nitrogen oxides can be reduced by up to 60%,the boiler coal consumption can be reduced by 5%,and the social and economic benefits are obvious.However,at this stage,the simulation technology still has some limitations,such as imprecise model,difficult to guarantee the accuracy of results,difficult to collect data,large amount of calculation and so on.Generally speaking,although the simulation technology has some limitations at present,it can be effectively applied to SCR denitrification process to improve the overall operation stability and economy of the system,and has a broad application prospect.
