大管径长距离管带机关键技术分析

摘要 为提高管带机在运输物料等多个方面的性能,需围绕管带机运输过程中存在的问题及可提升工艺展开分析。一种大管径长距离管带机相较于普通带式输送机,在基本装置设置方面并无差异;核心构想是通过输送带胶带、托辊组等,构建管带机“平摊-管筒-平摊”的运输方式——能够使物料被完全包裹在管带内部,进而在运输过程中不会暴露在环境中,能够极大地提高运输稳定性。此外,大管径长距离管带机能够在很大程度上无视环境的复杂程度,且能够根据不同需要做出不同调整,灵活性优于普通带式输送机。总体来看,大管径长距离管带机的设置思路、运行效果、成本控制性均优于普通带式输送机,可推广应用。 In order to improve the performance of pipe belt conveyor in many aspects such as transporting materials,it is necessary to analyze the problems existing in the transportation process of pipe belt conveyor and the technology that can be improved.Compared with the ordinary belt conveyor,a large diameter and long distance pipe belt conveyor has no difference in the setting of the basic device;the core idea is to construct the"flat sharing-tube-sharing"transportation mode of the pipe belt machine through the conveyor belt,roller group,etc.,so that the material can be completely wrapped in the pipe belt,so that it will not be exposed to the environment in the transportation process,which can greatly improve the transportation stability.In addition,the large diameter and long distance pipe belt machine can largely ignore the complexity of the environment,and can make different adjustments according to different needs,flexibility due to ordinary bag conveyors.Generally speaking,the setting idea,operation effect and cost control of the large diameter and long distance pipe belt conveyor are better than those of the ordinary belt conveyor,which can be popularized and applied.
