摘要
该文结合某地在中风化粉砂岩及细砂地层中采用泥水平衡顶管技术进行顶管的项目,通过建立顶管施工管道及工作井三维有限元数值模型,对顶管施工过程进行动态模拟计算,并与实测数据相互验证,分析了超大直径圆形工作井支护结构在顶管顶进过程中后背墙承受的反力作用及对工作井井壁的稳定性影响。
In this paper,in combination with the project of pipe-jacking in moderately weathered siltstone and fine sand stratum using mud-water balanced pipe-jacking technology in a certain place,the dynamic simulation calculation of pipe-jacking construction process is carried out by establishing the 3D finite element numerical model of pipe-jacking construction pipeline and working well.It is mutually verified with the measured data to analyze the reaction force on the back wall of the support structure of super-large diameter circular working well during the process of pipe-jacking and its impact on the stability of the working well wall.
