鞭龄对金佛山方竹鞭根生理特征的影响 被引量:1

摘要 探讨鞭龄对竹鞭根生理特征的影响,丰富竹鞭根生长发育过程和调控机制方面的理论基础,为指导金佛山方竹笋用林培育提供理论依据。以同一母竹发育成林的金佛山方竹竹鞭为研究对象,通过追鞭采集的方法采集不同年龄鞭段(1 a生、2 a生、3 a生、4 a生)不同部位(前段、中段、后端)的竹鞭鞭根,测定其中内源激素含量和抗氧化系统指标,分析生理整合和非生理整合下所测定指标随鞭龄的变化规律。结果显示:(1)非生理整合下,鞭段中ABA的含量随鞭龄的增大而增大,GA、IAA、和ZR的含量随鞭龄的增大无显著变化;SOD、MDA和CAT的含量随鞭龄的增大存在显著性差异(P<0.05),POD的含量随鞭龄的增加无显著性差异;根系活力随鞭龄的增加呈增大趋势。(2)内源激素含量及其比值与抗氧化系统存在显著性差异;根系活力与内源激素及其比值存在显著性差异;仅有3 a生竹鞭根系活力与SOD含量呈显著性。研究结果表明:非生理整合下,鞭龄对鞭段不同部位中内源激素和抗氧化系统有显著性影响,而对鞭段无显著影响;生理整合下,鞭龄对鞭段中内源激素和抗氧化系统的影响因生理整合鞭段的不同而不同;根系活力受内源激素含量及其比值调控。 This study is to explore the impact of rhizome age on the physiological characteristics of bamboo rhizome roots,enrich the theoretical basis of the growth and development process and regulatory mechanism of bamboo rhizome roots,and provide a theoretical basis for guiding the cultivation of bamboo shoot forests of Chomonobambusa utilis.Using the C.utilis rhizome,which developed into a forest from the same mother bamboo,as the research object,the rhizome roots of different age rhizome segments(1-year-old,2-year-old,3-year-old,and 4-year-old)and different parts(front,middle,and back end)were collected through the method of chasing rhizome collection.The endogenous hormone content and antioxidant system indicators were measured,and the changes in the measured indicators with rhizome age were analyzed under physiological and nonphysiological integration.The results showed that under nonphysiological integration,the content of ABA in the rhizome segment increased with the increase of rhizome age,while the content of GA,IAA,and ZR did not show significant changes with the increase of rhizome age;The content of SOD,MDA,and CAT showed significant differences with the increase of rhizome age(P<0.05),while the content of POD did not show significant differences with the increase of rhizome age;The root activity shows an increasing trend with the increase of rhizome age.There is a significant difference between the content and ratio of endogenous hormones and the antioxidant system;There is a significant difference in root activity between endogenous hormones and their ratios.In addition,only the root activity and SOD content of 3-year-old rhizome showed significant correlation.The research results indicate that under nonphysiological integration,rhizome age has a significant impact on endogenous hormones and antioxidant systems in different parts of the rhizome segment,but has no significant effect on the rhizome segment.Under physiological integration,the effects of rhizome age on endogenous hormones and antioxidant systems in the rhizome segment vary depending on the physiological integration of the rhizome segment.Root activity is regulated by the content and ratio of endogenous hormones.
