摘要
对涡旋压缩机径向随变机构,在十字滑环和圆柱销防自转下分别采用不同的限位方法进行理论分析;对偏心滑块式径向随变机构涡旋压缩机的转子系,借助AnsysWorkbench软件进行数值仿真,通过简谐响应分析技术得到偏心滑块、转子、副轴承结合轴向壁面的应力和振幅响应,研究结果表明:在径向随变机构中,不同防自转选择合适的限位可以确保涡旋压缩机高效运行;转子系统出现较大的振幅响应是在六、七阶频率处,对比三者发现偏心滑块部位受到的应力响应值和振幅最大,故对带有偏心滑块式径向随变机构的涡旋压缩机,应重点考虑偏心滑块的可靠性。
For the radial variable mechanism of scroll compressor,the theoretical analysis is carried out by using different limit methods under the anti-rotation of cross slip ring and cylindrical pin.In this paper,the rotor system of the eccentric slider radial variable mechanism scroll compressor is numerically simulated by ANSYS Workbench software.The stress and amplitude response of the eccentric slider,rotor and auxiliary bearing combined with the axial wall are obtained by simple harmonic response analysis technology.The research results show that in the radial follow-up mechanism,different anti-rotation selection of appropriate limits can ensure the efficient operation of the scroll compressor.The larger amplitude response of the rotor system is at the sixth and seventh order frequencies.Comparing the three,it is found that the stress response value and amplitude of the eccentric slider are the largest.Therefore,for the scroll compressor with the eccentric slider radial variable mechanism,the reliability of the eccentric slider should be specially considered.
