高速公路收费站车道实时配置方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高收费站运营管理水平,减少车道闲置及收费站拥堵现象,本文基于收费站各时段通行需求和服务时间为导向,在保证收费站服务水平的条件下,以收费站运营成本最低为目标,建立高速公路收费站车道配置方案优化模型。并以杭州北收费站为例,探讨24小时内收费站车道的实时配置情况,同时基于收费站服务水平对方案进行了评价。结果表明,该模型得到的车道配置方案可在保持收费站较高服务水平的前提下,提高收费站运营效率,并减少收费站人员浪费,同时为收费站设施调整及实施管控措施提供一定参考依据。 In order to improve the operation and management level of the toll station and reduce the lane idleness and congestion of the toll station,here,an optimization model for the lane configuration scheme of the expressway toll station is established under the condition of ensuring the service level of the toll station and taking the lowest operating cost of the toll station as the objective,based on the traffic demand and service time of the toll station in each period.Taking Hangzhou North toll station as an example,we discuss the realtime configuration scheme of the Toll Station Lane within 24 hours,and evaluate the scheme based on the service level of toll station.The results show that the lane configuration scheme obtained by the model can improve the operation efficiency of the toll station and reduce the waste of toll station personnel on the premise of maintaining the high service level of the toll station.At the same time,it provides a certain reference for the adjustment of toll station facilities and the implementation of control measures.
