摘要
结合运营经验及全自动驾驶需求,提出站台门系统RAMS设计指标。针对可靠性、可用性、可维修性、安全性,进行系统性分析、设计。其中包括:拟定RAMS相关设计指标,进行可靠性指标换算及分配,作出可靠性预计,对站台门系统主要设备进行维修性分析、可靠性分析,最终进行系统性设计。经实际工程验证,站台门系统满足各项RAMS指标施。
The RAMS design index of PSD system is proposed combining with the operation experience and the requirements of automatic driving.Systematic analysis and design are performed for Reliability,Availability,Maintainability and Safety.This includes developing RAMS related design targets converting and allocating reliability targets,making reliability predictions,conducting maintenance and reliability analysis on the main equipment of the platform door system,and ultimately conducting systematic design.The Platform Door System is proven to meet various RAMS targets with practical engineering verification.
