连云港是新亚欧大陆桥东方起点和江苏省建设“一带一路”交汇点的战略支点,在构建新发展格局和“一带一路”建设工作中具有重要战略地位。连云港依托新亚欧陆海联运通道,扩大向东开放优势的同时,加快推进向西开放,在打造“一带一路”建设标杆示范项目上取得积极成效。同时,连云港与临近其他港口竞争力差距不断拉大、新亚欧陆海联运通道东方桥头堡优势正不断减弱等问题也逐渐显露。深入分析看,主要原因是港口发展滞后、口岸服务能力和效率不高、以及国际过境班列竞争力不强。因此,在下一步发展中,连云港要在推进大陆桥沿线合作、提升口岸能力建设、加快推进市场化运营等方面继续发力,加速提升服务新亚欧陆海联运通道的能力。

Lianyungang is the eastern starting point of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge and the strategic fulcrum of construction of the Belt and Road in Jiangsu Province.It's also an important strategic position in the construction of a new development pattern and Belt and Road.In recent years,relying on New Eurasian Continental Bridge,Lianyungang has expanded its advantages in opening up to the east,and at the same time accelerated its opening to the west,and has achieved positive results in creating benchmark demonstration projects of Belt and Road.But at the same time,the gap between the competitiveness of Lianyungang and other neighboring ports is constantly widening,and the advantages of the Eastern Bridgehead of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge are gradually weakening.From an in-depth analysis,the main reason is that the development of the port is lagging behind,the service capacity and efficiency of the port are not high,and the competitiveness of international transit trains is not strong.Therefore,in the next step,Lianyungang should continue to make efforts in promoting cooperation along the land bridge,improving port capacity building,accelerating market-oriented operations,etc.,to improve the ability to serve the New Eurasian Continental Bridge.
