武汉市多式联运集疏运体系优化研究

Optimization of Multimodal Transport Collection and Transportation System in Wuhan

为做强做优武汉市多式联运集疏运体系,本文从多式联运集疏运体系内涵出发,分析水运、铁路、航空等13处集疏运枢纽和通道现状,梳理既有多式联运业务开展情况,研究重点多式联运线路运输经济情况,剖析存在的问题,从基础设施布局、品牌线路打造、市场主体培育以及信息资源整合等多个层面提出发展建议,并谋划拟实施的多式联运示范工程,为申报国家级、省级多式联运示范工程进行项目储备。本文研究对推动区域多式联运集疏运体系高质量发展提供了参考。

In order to strengthen and optimize the multimodal transport collection and distribution system in Wuhan,this paper starts from the connotation of the multimodal transport collection and distribution system,analyzes the current situation of 13 collection and distribution hubs and channels such as water transport,railway,and aviation,sorts out the development of existing multimodal transport business,studies the economic situation of key multimodal transport lines,analyzes the existing problems,puts forward development suggestions from multiple levels such as infrastructure layout,brand line building,market entity cultivation and information resource integration,and plans the proposed multimodal transport demonstration project.The provincial multimodal transport demonstration project is reserved for the project.This paper provides a reference for promoting the high-quality development of regional multimodal transport collection and distribution system.
