摘要
本文在采用曲轴最小许用直径的计算公式的基础上,反向推算出某柴油机自由端功率输出能力,再据此进行曲轴两端功率分配,根据分配结果开展分析、计算、校核,判断曲轴的安全系数,与一端输出工况进行对比,结果较为接近,强度满足要求。
In this paper,on the basis of the calculation formula of the minimum allowable diameter of the crankshaft,the free end power output capacity of a diesel engine is reversely calculated,and then the power distribution of both ends of the crankshaft is carried out according to the distribution results of analysis,calculation,check,judge the safety factor of the crankshaft,and one end of the output conditions are compared,the results are close,the strength meets the requirements.
