摘要
频率检测电路用于检测柴油发电机组输出交流电的频率,其检测结果用于判别柴油发电机组的工作状态。由柴油发电机组及用电设备组成的微型供电系统中,当用电设备突加大功率非线性负载时会造成柴油发电机组输出交流电电压波形畸变,进而造成频率检测电路检测结果异常,上报超频信号导致柴油发电机组保护关机,影响柴油发电机组供电可靠性。本文通过分析柴油发电机组在使用过程中出现的频率检测异常问题,找到问题的原因并对频率检测电路进行改进和验证,进而解决柴油发电机组频率检测电路的检测异常问题。
Frequency detection circuit is used to detect the output frequency of alternating voltage of diesel generator set,and the detection results are used to distinguish the working state of diesel generator set.In a micro-power supply system composed of diesel generator set and electrical equipments,when the electrical equipments are suddenly loaded with too much nonlinear power load,the output AC voltage waveform of diesel generator set will be distorted,which will result in abnormal results of the frequency detection circuit,and the over-frequency signal will be reported,resulting in the protection and shutdown of the diesel generator set,which will affect the power supply reliability of the diesel generator set.This paper analyzes the abnormal frequency detection of the diesel generator set in the process of use,finds the cause of the problem and improves and validates the frequency detection circuit,so as to solve the abnormal frequency detection of the diesel generator set.
