摘要
线束串扰问题是车辆电磁兼容的基础问题之一,因此建立整车线束仿真分析方法,提高EMC设计阶段线间串扰风险管控能力是非常重要的。该文通过CST仿真工具分析了影响线束串扰的主要因素(包括线束间距、共线距离、离地高度、线束布置类型、线束类型等),为解决线束产生的串扰问题提供理论依据。最后,通过测试本文还对仿真结果进行了测试验证了仿真结果,并分享了实车换挡执行器电机与位置传感器线束串扰仿真分析案例,证明了仿真分析结论的有效性。
Wire harness crosstalk is one of the basic problems of vehicle electromagnetic compatibility,so it is very important to establish a vehicle harness simulation analysis method to improve the ability of cross-stalk risk control in EMC design stage.In this paper,CST simulation tool is used to simulate and analyze the main factors affecting the crosstalk of wire harnesses,including the distance between wire harnesses,the collinear distance,the height from the ground,the type of wire harnesses,the type of wire harnesses,etc.,to provide theoretical basis for solving the crosstalk problem caused by wire harnesses.Finally,the paper also tested and verified the simulation results,and shared the real car shift actuator motor and position sensor harness crosstalk simulation analysis case,proving the validity of the simulation analysis conclusions.
