铂金通道表面纳米ZrO_(2)-Y_(2)O_(3)涂层的制备及性能研究

摘要 在平板显示玻璃制造中,通常采用铂金作为玻璃液流道。由于铂金通道需要长期在1400℃以上高温工作,会导致其氧化,从而造成铂金损失;此外,玻璃液中水分解产生的H+透过铂金通道壁释放到外部,富集在玻璃液中的O_(2)-会形成一定量的气泡。为保护铂金通道,提高玻璃质量,通过等离子喷涂方法在铂金通道表面喷涂ZrO_(2)-Y_(2)O_(3)涂层。该涂层与铂金通道的结合强度达到50 MPa以上,可减少铂金通道使用温度下氧化损失率约75%。同时,这种涂层与铂金通道包覆耐火材料有良好的高温适应性。 In the manufacture of flat panel display glass,platinum channel is used to transport molten glass,which will suffer oxidation loss when it works at a temperature above 1400℃for a long time.At the same time,H+generated by water decomposition in the glass melt is released to the outside through the wall of the platinum channel,and O_(2)-enriched in the glass melt will form a certain amount of bubbles.In order to protect the platinum channel and improve the glass quality,a coating of ZrO_(2)-Y_(2)O_(3)is sprayed on the surface of the platinum channel by plasma spraying.The bonding strength between the coating and the platinum channel is more than 50 MPa,which reduces the oxidation loss rate of the platinum channel by about 75%at the service temperature,and has good high-temperature adaptability with the refractory coated by the platinum channel.
