基因工程中限制酶应用实践举例
Examples of application of restrictive enzymes in genetic engineering
摘要
在基因工程工具酶--限制酶的教学中,引导学生动手构建纸质模型,探究回文序列的特殊含义及其对旋转后连接结果的影响,并引导学生分析总结不同黏性末端连接的类型,特别关注特殊类型限制酶BbuⅠ酶的应用,以培养学生的科学思维能力。
