In this paper,the development status and market scale of prefabricated dishes at domestic and foreign are reviewed.At the same time,combining the social situation and the development of prepared dishes at domestic and foreign,this paper analyzes the development prospects of prepared dishes industry from the perspectives of consumers,research literature,internationalization of domestic prepared dishes and product innovation,and looks into the development trend of prepared dishes.
