后扶贫时代,巩固脱贫攻坚成果与全面推进乡村振兴的有效衔接是一项重大工程。本文通过阐述后扶贫时代的主要矛盾,分析影响后扶贫时代乡村人才队伍的因素,从生态、产业、精神文明、人才4个方面提出推动乡村跨越式发展的相关对策,以便实现乡村全面振兴。

In the post-poverty alleviation era,the effective connection between consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is a major project.This paper expounds the main contradictions in the post-poverty alleviation era,analyzes the factors affecting the rural talent team in the post-poverty alleviation era,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to promote the leapfrog development of rural areas from four aspects,ecology,industry,spiritual civilization and talents,so as to realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
