“蔬菜生产技术”课程线上线下混合式教学应用效果研究

Research on the Application Effect of Online and Offline Mixed Teaching of'Vegetable Production Technology'Course

为探索线上线下混合式教学在中职学校蔬菜生产技术课程中的教学效果,以海南省农业学校种植专业2019级4个班学生为对象,将他们随机分为采用线上线下混合式教学(实验组)和采用课件“注入式”教学(对照组)两组,每组64人,比较两组教学后学生对课堂教学效果的评价(包括提高学习兴趣、提高学习自主性、提高课堂参与度、提高理解知识能力评价、师生互动、学生分析、解决问题能力和交流合作学习能力等7项评价指标)和课后一月后学生单元知识测试成绩和技能操作考核成绩。结果表明,线上线下混合式教学组学生评价各指标均高于对照组,X~2分析(P<0.05);实验组单元知识测试成绩80.94显著高于对照组74.12,技能考核成绩达83.22,显著高于对照组的76.44。因此,线上线下混合式教学能够提高中职学校蔬菜生产技术课程的教学效果。

In order to explore the teaching effect of online and offline mixed teaching in the vegetable production technology course in secondary vocational schools,this study took the students in 4 classes of the 2019 second grade of planting major in Hainan Agricultural School as the object,and randomly divided them into online and offline mixed teaching(experimental group)and'injection'teaching using courseware(control group),with 64 students in each group.Compare the two groups'evaluation of classroom teaching effects after teaching(including improving learning interest,improving learning autonomy,Improving classroom participation,improving the ability to understand knowledge,teacher-student interaction,students'analysis,problem-solving ability,and communication and cooperative learning ability,etc.7 evaluation indexes)and students'unit knowledge test scores and skills operation assessment scores one month after class..The results showd that the evaluation indexes of students in the online and offline mixed teaching group are higher than those in the control group,X2 analysis(P<0.05);the unit knowledge test score of the experimental group is 80.94,which is significantly higher than 74.12 of the control group,and the skill assessment score is 83.22,which is significantly higher than 76.44 of the control group.Therefore,it can be concluded that the online and offline mixed teaching can improve the teaching effect of vegetable production technology courses in secondary vocational schools.
