好氧堆肥技术与厌氧发酵技术研究进展

摘要 对好氧堆肥与厌氧发酵两种模式的废弃物利用方法进行归纳。好氧堆肥模式主要对四种主要类型的好氧堆肥反应器(滚筒式、箱式、筒仓式、塔式)的特点进行分析,发现滚筒式堆肥反应器具有反应速度快、处理量大和能耗低等优点;厌氧发酵模式主要对四种不同工艺(湿式、干式、两相、连续干法)的发酵流程进行分析,发现连续干法厌氧发酵设备具有可控制厌氧发酵过程,能实现较高原料降解率和较高的甲烷产气量。 This paper summarizes the waste utilization methods of aerobic composting and anaerobic fermentation modes.Aerobic composting mainly integrates the characteristics of four main types of aerobic composting reactors(drum-type,box-type,silo-type,and tower-type),and finds that drum-type composting reactors have the advantages of fast reaction speed,large processing capacity,and low energy consumption.Anaerobic fermentation mainly integrates the fermentation processes of four different processes(wet,dry,two-phase,and continuous dry),and finds that continuous dry anaerobic fermentation equipment can control the anaerobic fermentation process and achieve higher material degradation rate and methane production.
