低压锅炉饱和蒸汽钠离子超标原因分析

摘要 某厂1.2 MPa低压锅炉饱和蒸汽钠离子持续超标半个月,本文通过分析事故经过,发现饱和蒸汽钠离子超标原因可能包括连排阀门堵塞、汽水分离器故障、汽包液位、除盐水品质和锅炉加药。通过检修锅炉和分析历史数据,排查出饱和蒸汽钠离子超标的真正原因为连排阀门堵塞和锅炉加药过量,并针对排查出的问题进行整改。最后针对饱和蒸汽钠离子超标的原因提出防治措施,为保障锅炉的安全生产提供一定参考。 Saturated steam sodium ions of a factory 1.2 MPa low pressure boiler continued to exceed the standard for half a month.In this paper,the possibly causes of sodium ion exceeding the standard of saturated steam were found,including the blockage of continuous discharge valve,the failure of soda water separator,the level of drum,the quality of desalinization and boiler dosing.Through overhauling the boiler and analyzing the historical data,the real reasons for the excessive amount of sodium ion of saturated steam were found to be the blockage of continuous discharge valve and the boiler overdosing.And rectification measures were put forward for the investigation problems.Finally,the prevention and control measures were put forward for the reasons of sodium ion exceeding the standard of saturated steam,which has reference significance for boiler safety production.
