摘要
本文对卧式水冷器换热管与管板间焊接接头(以下简称管头)泄漏原因进行了分析,改进了卧式水冷器管头的焊接工艺,在管板(20MnMo)上堆焊了低碳钢过渡层,将原来换热管与管板间接头的异种钢焊接变为同种钢相焊,降低了焊接难度,在低碳钢管头焊缝上又堆焊了1层镍基金属。同时对管头进行了贴胀,对管头焊缝进行了射线检测和渗透检测,提高了管头焊缝质量,延长了卧式水冷器的使用年限。
This paper provided an analysis of cause of leakage of joint between heat exchanger tube and tube plate(Hereinafter referred to as tube head)of horizontal water cooler,improved the welding process of horizontal water cooler tube head,low alloy steel overlay layer added on tube plate(20MnMo),changing welding of dissimilar steels of the original joint between heat exchanger tube and tube plate to welding of homogeneous steels,reduced welding difficulty,an additional layer of nickel-based metals was overlaid on the mild steel header welds.At the same time,it expanded the tube head,carried out the radiographic and penetration testing of the pipe head welds,improved safety quality of pipe head welds,extended the service life of horizontal water coolers.
