噬菌体疗法在动物细菌感染中的应用研究进展

Research progress of application of phage therapy for bacterial infections in animals

近年来,随着畜禽养殖业的飞快发展,畜禽养殖过程中抗生素的不合理使用情况越发频繁,细菌耐药性问题也越发严重,“禁抗、减抗、限抗”已成畜牧业发展的必然趋势。因噬菌体治疗动物细菌性疾病具有专一性强、不易产生抗性等优点,噬菌体已经作为抗生素替代品应用于动物疾病治疗领域。笔者对噬菌体疗法的主要应用方式和其在家禽、猪、犬、猫和牛细菌性传染病中的应用研究进行总结,以期为噬菌体在动物疫病防控方面的应用提供理论参考。

In recent years,with the rapid development of the farming industry,the irrational use of antibiotics in the process of livestock and poultry farming has become more and more frequent,and the problem of bacterial resistance has become more and more serious,and"prohibiting resistance,reducing resistance,limiting resistance"has become an inevitable trend of the development of animal husbandry.Phage therapy for animal bacterial diseases has the advantages of strong specificity and resistance,and has been used in the animal disease treatment field as a substitute for antibiotics.The author summarized the main application mode of bacteriophage therapy and the research on bacteriophage therapy for bacterial infectious diseases in poultry,pigs,dogs,cats and cattle,in order to provide theoretical reference for the prevention and control of animal diseases by bacteriophage.
