摘要
肌醇也称为环己六醇,分子式为C_(6)H_(12)O_(6),属于维生素类产品,作为细胞膜组成成分具有调节生物膜磷脂平衡和机体代谢等重要生物学功能。加压水解法是传统的肌醇制备工艺,在此基础上开发了常压水解法、酶水解法、微生物发酵法等。肌醇应用广泛,在医药领域,肌醇已被证明可以治疗癌症、呼吸窘迫综合征、妇科疾病等;在饲料领域,肌醇作为促生长添加剂添加于动物日粮中,对动物起到营养与保健作用;在食品领域,肌醇主要作为营养强化剂应用于保健品、饮料及婴幼儿配方乳粉中。笔者对肌醇的制备工艺和应用研究进展进行了归纳和总结,旨在为肌醇的生产与应用提供参考。
Inositol,also known as cyclohexanol with molecular formula C_(6)H_(12)O_(6),is a vitamin product.As a component of cell membrane,inositol has important biological functions such as regulating phospholipid balance in biofilms and body metabolism.Pressure hydrolysis method is the traditional preparation process of inositol.On this basis,the atmospheric pressure catalytic hydrolysis method,enzyme hydrolysis method and microbial fermentation method have been developed.Inositol is widely used in the field of medicine,which has been proved to treat cancer,respiratory distress syndrome,gynecological diseases and so on.In the field of feed,inositol as a growth promoting additive added to animal diets,plays a role in nutrition and health care for animals.In the field of food,inositol is mainly used as a nutritional booster in health care products,beverages and infant formula milk powder.The preparation technology and application of inositol were summarized in this paper,in order to provide reference for the production and application of inositol.
