1+X证书助力物流管理专业专创融合人才培养——以江苏工程职业技术学院为例

On Cultivating Logistics Management Majors Based on Profession-Innovation Integration with the Aid of 1+X Certificate--A Case Study of Jiangsu college of Engineering and Technology

在大学生中开展创新创业教育,实现“大众创业、万众创新”是适应当前经济形势的重要举措,1+X证书制度则为更好地开展创新创业教育、实现专创融合提供了支持。当前高职院校物流管理专业专创融合的开展取得了一些进展,但在课程体系、师资队伍、社会参与等方面尚存不足。1+X证书制度为专创融合(即专业课程与创新创业课程深度融合)提供了助力,通过完善专创融合人才培养方案、促进校内外协同产教深度融合、发挥团队优势、提升师资水平等路径可以实现1+X证书制度下物流管理专业专创融合。

Carrying out relevant education among college students to promote entrepreneurship and innovation nationwide is an important measure in current economic situation.1+X certificate provides institutional support for the entrepreneurship and innovation education and for the deep integration of specialized courses with such education.Despite some progress in such integration in the discipline of logistics management in higher vocational colleges,weaknesses have been found in curriculum system,teaching staff and public participation.With the aid of 1+X certificate,such integration can be fulfilled by perfecting curriculum of Logistics Management,pushing forward industry-school coordination and integration in depth,and bringing into play the strengths of faculty team to improve teachers’capabilities.
